Concept & Brand
A concept built for Dubai’s F&B market — positioning, name, identity, and the story your outlet tells from the street in.
F&B business setup — Dubai
From concept, location, and kitchen to menu, suppliers, and team — one experienced partner guiding your restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen from first idea to opening day.
What we do
Six disciplines, sequenced into a single path from idea to a room full of guests.
A concept built for Dubai’s F&B market — positioning, name, identity, and the story your outlet tells from the street in.
Site scouting, lease negotiation, and floor plans designed around footfall, service flow, and the way your food actually moves.
Kitchen design, equipment specification, menu engineering, and dish costing that protect both quality and your margins.
Supplier networks and procurement set up so consistency, pricing, and delivery hold steady long after opening week.
Hiring, onboarding, and service training that build a team — and a culture — capable of carrying your concept daily.
Opening plan, marketing, and delivery-platform setup (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem) — with support through your first chapter.
How it works
No guesswork, no dropped approvals — a sequenced process we’ve run many times over.
We pressure-test your concept, budget, and target market before a dirham is spent.
Positioning, financial model, and a clear roadmap everyone can build against.
Trade licence, food and fire approvals, Ejari, and the right premises — coordinated end to end.
Kitchen and space designed to the Dubai Food Code and built to the approved plan.
Hiring, training, suppliers, and day-one systems in place before you open.
Doors open — and we stay on through the first chapter to keep momentum.
Why us
Byblos Consultancy is built on years of managing hotels and F&B outlets across Dubai. That operating experience is what you’re hiring — practical, tested, and accountable.
Talk to the teamOur guidance comes from running live F&B outlets in Dubai every day — not from a template.
We coordinate DET, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence so you never chase an approval yourself.
Local relationships and realistic timelines mean fewer surprises and faster openings.
We measure our work by outlets that open on time and trade well — not slides delivered.
In their words
They turned a rough idea into an open restaurant without us ever having to decode a single government form.
Timelines were honest, the approvals were handled, and the kitchen was built exactly to plan.
It felt like having an operating partner, not a consultant billing by the hour.
Illustrative examples — real client stories added as approvals allow.
Questions
Straight answers on timelines, structure, cost, and approvals.
It depends on the concept and premises. Once a suitable location is secured, licensing for a straightforward mainland restaurant often moves in a matter of weeks, while the full journey — approvals, fit-out, and inspections — commonly runs around three months. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific concept up front.
Most dine-in and delivery outlets choose a mainland licence (issued by DET) because it lets you trade directly across Dubai. Free zones suit certain models and locations. We assess your activity and plans and recommend the structure that fits, rather than a one-size-fits-all answer.
Costs vary widely with concept, size, and location — a café or cloud kitchen typically starts well below a full-service restaurant. Rather than quote a headline figure, we build a transparent estimate around your concept so you can plan with confidence.
Typically a trade licence (DET), a food permit (Dubai Municipality), a fire NOC (Dubai Civil Defence), Ejari tenancy registration, and food-safety compliance such as HACCP and staff health cards. We coordinate all of them so you deal with one point of contact.
Restaurants, cafés, cloud and delivery kitchens, bars and lounges, and catering operations. If your concept sits somewhere in between, that is usually a conversation worth having early.
Yes. Opening day is a milestone, not the finish line — we can stay on for marketing, delivery-platform setup, and operational support through your first chapter.
Tell us your concept — we’ll map the path from idea to opening day.
